He is survived by: his wife Joan Sullivan; his sons, Terry Sullivan of Arvada and Tim Sullivan (Jamie) of Surprise; and his grandchildren, Kellie Robins (Jay), Amanda Pfeifer (Mike), Ashley Sullivan (Christian) and McKenzie Sullivan (Kirtis). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
