She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Meininger and J. F. Meininger; and her husband Jim Lacefield. She is survived by: her son Jim Lacefield; and her grandsons, Sean Lacefield (Isabel), Owen, Scott Lacefield and Tegan (Jenny).

A committal service will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Fort Logan National Cemetery (4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236).
