She is survived by: her parents, Carol Herrick and Raoul Bates; her stepmother Marjie Bates; her sister Shannon Bates Schultz; her nephews, Connor DeBlieck and Carson Schultz; her stepsiblings, Jeff Cramer (Phyllis), Doug Herrick (Sharon) and Michelle Hale (Eric); her former spouse Chris Daniels; and her daughter-in-law Cedar. She is also survived by her numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
