She is survived by: her children, Reginald Edward Wortham (Rebecca Anne Wozniak), Barbara Jean Wortham, Mary Ellen Wortham and Joan Maureen Wortham; and her grandchildren, Max Baylor Krimmer, Hunter Donahue Wortham and Tess Hayden Krimmer.
