He was predeceased by: his parents, Zebedee "Ike" Leonard and Selma King Leonard; his parents-in-law, Harry and Irene Houston; his brother Charles Clarence "Chuck"; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Leonard and Skippy Smith.
He is survived by: his former spouse Jay Fitzgerald; his granddaughters, Laurel Elizabeth and Jayme Lynn; his former wife Terri VanDerMeer; his granddaughter Ryen Elizabeth; his wife Thela; his children, Scott Guthrie (Terri) and Elizabeth Fitzgerald (Jay); his granddaughters, Laurel Fitzgerald (Kyle Dooner), Jayme Fitzgerald Sprouse (Andrew) and Ryen Elizabeth Guthrie; his sister-in-law Sandra Smith; his sibling's children, Sanda Gambol and Sendi Raney; his cousins, Tony Benson (GladysAnn), Fawn Creighton, Blaze Benson (Jaime) and Elton Ferguson; his nephew Mike Leonard; his children, Colt and Charlie Leonard (Tracy); and his cousin Esten Leonard (Vera Jean).
Because of Mickey's love for others and considering the current Covid-19 situation, there will be a Celebration of Mickey's life with a golf tournament at a later date.
