He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his sisters, Julie Stephan of Nevada, Doris and Westphal of South Dakota; his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Marta, GeorgeAnna, Elisabeth, David and Bill; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cameron, Robin of Minnesota, Pohaku, Kapono of Hawaii, Della June of Minnesota, Lana June and Eddy June of Oregon.
