He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Catherine; his siblings, Dan Fogarty and Patricia Fogarty; and his niece Courtney Haase.
He is survived by: his wife Krista; his daughters, Megan and Saige; and his siblings, Theresa Murray (Gordon), James, Mary Donnell (Vernal), Michael (Becky), Anne Biewer (Adrian), Michelle Fogarty, Joan Fossum (Jay), Jonathon (Paula), Rita Nelson, Carolyn Haase (Dean) and Alan (Stephanie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
