He was predeceased by : his mother Marilyn Warren (Closser). He is survived by : his father Charles A. Warren of Elizabeth Township; his wife Phyllis Warren (Orr); his daughter Chelsea M. Warren of Youngwood; and his brother Charles "Steve" Warren (Patricia) of Washington. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
