He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Merritt and Leora Merritt. He is survived by: his wife Kris; his stepchildren, Jerry Taylor (Misty) and Jordan Lorenzo (Jake); his grandsons, Cash and Greyson Lorenzo; his siblings, Lynn Lyons and Steve Merritt (Anne); and his siblings' children, Matthew Lyons (Chelsey), Lucy Lyons (Jeremy Druckman) and Arron Merritt.
In lieu of flowers we are asking for donations for Hope House Colorado, a charity that Dave strongly supported.
