James Van Meter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2020, at the age of 97, James Van Meter (Englewood, Colorado), born in Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vearl Meter and Edna Van Meter (Goodnight); his wife Rea Joyce Alspach of Edmond; his children, Steve Van Meter (Donna) of Parker and Karen Robertson (Keith) of Vancouver Island; his grandchildren, Eric (Ciara) and Emily; his great grandchild Liesel; and his brothers, Jerry and David.
