She was predeceased by : her granddaughter Nora Hecker; her parents, Jerry Carpinella and Rose Carpinella; and her siblings, Ron, Gerald Carpinella and Dianne Disner.
She is survived by : her children, Tony, John (Leslie), Theresa Conklin (Bob), Ron (Trish), Julie, Michael Hecker, Karen Swan (Tim) and Jim (Bobbie); and her sisters-in-law, Joan Lefevre (Jim), Jean Pfannenstiel and Jodie Helfer. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
In her honor in lieu of flowers she asked that she be remembered by daily passing on a word of encouragement or prayer for anyone in need, performing a random act of kindness, or simply bringing a smile of love in God's name into a world searching for that light in the darkness.
