He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Mary Florence Hannah Martin; his wife MaryAnn Varanka; his siblings, Michael, Tracy Scott (Donald) and Robin Martin; his daughter Ashley Cole; his nieces, Sasha Mindel (Scott), Cassie Varanka (Hai Tu), Samantha Dill, Colleen Scott and Kelsie Scott; his nephew Ian Scott; his great-nieces, Gianna Dill and Alanna Mindel; and his great-nephew Dylan Mindel.
