He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wanda Kokx and Delbert Kokx; his wife Gale; his children, Jeff (Heather) and Kristen (Mike Conde); and his siblings, Karel, Nick, Dan, Mary Jo, Jean and Tara.
