Welsh of Fort Collins and Jean Tuxworth Williams; her brother-in-law Robert Williams of Louisville, Colo.; her former husband Maurice Strahl of Palisade; her adoptive daughter Jennifer Allen of Pine; her pet Tasha; and her daughter Catherine Ann Strahl. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
