We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2021, at the age of 68, Jack Harper Jr. of Evergreen, Colorado, born in Paducah, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wallace Jack Harper, Sr. and Hattie B. Lloyd Harper; his wife Kathleen Kulasza; his daughter-in-law Erin Wilson; his sister Sue (Paul Murphy) of Spokane; and his nephews, Kevin and Colin.
