He was predeceased by: his parents, James Costello and Bernadette Costello; his siblings, Donald, James and Louanna; and his wife Lois.

He is survived by: his sons, Charles (Dana), Michael, Thomas and Robert (Youngmi); his siblings, Bernadette and Eugene; and his grandchildren, Tanner, Brenna and Riley. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Mt. Evans Health Care and Hospice Evergreen.
