He is survived by: his children, Crystal Black of Brunswick, William "Bill" Packard, III (Cindy) of Colorado Springs, Scott Packard (Tabitha) of Litchfield, Jessica Packard of Colorado Springs and Jeramey Packard of Hillsboro, Oregon; and his siblings, Judy Thacker, Beverly Liss of Locust Grove, Georgia and Donald Packard of Parma, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
