James Newman Obituary

Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James Newman (Fairplay, Colorado), born in Mountain Home, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 71, on October 22, 2019. He was predeceased by : his parents, Loraine Echols and Bill Newman; his brother-in-law Wayne Gilleland; and his parents-in-law, Marge and John Gilleland.

He is survived by : his wife Jane Gilleland Newman of Fairplay, CO; his daughter Ashley Newman Mosely of Little Rock; his grandsons, Luke Mosely and Cole Dodson of Little Rock; his sisters, Nancy Acre (Glen) of Maumelle, AR and Kay Trotter (Roger) of Navarre, FL.; his nieces and nephews, Carly Gilleland of Phoenix, AZ, Haysen Gilleland of Shreveport, LA, Zak Gilleland of Pensacola, Leabeth Gilleland Campbell of Little Rock, Lesley Skinner (Adam) of Minturn, AR and Marshall Trotter of Pensacola, FL.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katherine Skinner of Minturn, AR, Cadyn Gilleland of Phoenix, AZ, Gabe Campbell of Orem, UT, Sophia Campbell of Little Rock and Hazel Thorley Campbell of Cedar City, UT.; and his sisters-in-law, Katherine McClerkin of Little Rock and Diane Suitt Gilleland of Little Rock. He is also survived by his many close friends and large family, including in-laws and former in-laws.
