He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Finley and Maudie Finley (Claire); his siblings, Myrna Scruby, Ilene Loftis, Arlene Marshall and Duane Finley; and his daughter Dawna.
He is survived by: his wife Leah Pearl Barnum; his son Robbie; his daughter-in-law Kimberly'Kimmy' Finley (Romero); his grandchildren, Teri Coffman Trujillo, Richard Michael Finley and Robert Dale Dunlap; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Finley, Austin Finley, Michael Finley, Rachel Brown (Jake) and Derek Coffman; and his great great grandchild Colt Brown.
He enlisted every friend and acquaintance to donate golf club 'stuff' to the program. He never took cash donations because he said it tainted the ideal.
