She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Orville McEwen and Ruby Mae McEwen (Coil); her brother Rex; her daughter LaDonna; and her former life partners, Emmett Chartier and Russel Clark.
She is survived by : her spouse Thomas Acott; her son Monte Chartier; and her siblings, Evelyn, Ruth Ann and Claude. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
