She was predeceased by : her husband Ernest M. Affa; and her sister Joanne T. Conelias. She is survived by : her son Dean Affa; her granddaughters, Madison and Abigail; her daughter Coriann Batz; her son-in-law Heath; her grandsons, Kiefer and Brody; her brother Joseph J. Groller (Kris); her brothers-in-law, Trent Conelias and Sonny Affa (Jane); and her nephew Michael J. Conelias. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish (5450 S Lemay Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525).
