He is survived by: his parents, Frank Murphy and Susan Murphy (Dunster); his brothers, Frank Murphy (Cindie), Paul Murphy (Danielle), Patrick Murphy (Toni) and Lance King (Taylor); his aunts, Diana Shaver, Linda Camp and Judi Dunster; and his uncle Peter Murphy (Anne).
