She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Rice and Grace Rice; her daughter Kimberly "Kim" Sparling (Kephart); her son-in-law Darel Sparling; her brother Orrison "Gus" Rice; her niece Stephanie Griffone (Rice); her brother Dr. David Rice; and also Elicia Rice.
In lieu of flowers, Cindy and Kim decided that donations be made on her behalf to the local Pathways Hospice or the Larimer County Humane Society.
