He was predeceased by: his father Laverne Kailburn. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou; his siblings, Mark (Cindy), Diane (Lee), Sharon and Darcy (Mike); his wife Sandra Merrill Kailburn; his children, Miles (Vallene), Luke (Ashley) and Dana (Evan); and his grandsons, Avery and Henley.
