It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Romaine Allen (Fort Collins, Colorado), born in Benton, Kansas, who passed away on December 10, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen and Annie Allen; and his spouses, Betty J. Brown and Wilma Graham. He is survived by: his sons, David (Janine) and Rick (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Brinna Dolifka (Troy) and Josh Allen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
