She is survived by: her mother Mary Avalos; her stepfather Carlos Avalos; her father David Ramos; her daughters, Danae Sare Martinez-Montez, Shayla Marie Martinez-Montez, Cherish Angel Montez, Baby Dominique Ortiz and Cataleya Ortiz; and her siblings, Randy Ortiz (Tommy Reitz), Charlie Ortiz (Toni Alloway), Margarita Ortiz, Crystal Ortiz (Thomas Vasquez), Juan Ortiz, Carlitos Avalos (Tiana Padilla) and Michael Avalos. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
