He is survived by : his former life partner Brigitte Kaul; his wife Brigitte Hilse; his daughter Christina Hellyer (Peter); and his granddaughters, Jessica Oliver-Allen (Hunter) of San Bruno, CA. and Morgan Hellyer of San Diego, CA..
