Collins, CO and Wendy Folkers (Ray) of Knoxville, IA; his daughter Emma Duncan of Wickenburg, AZ; his sister Nycol Duncan Nunn (Scott) of Keller, TX; his stepsiblings, Ben Brandes (Meredith) of Cheyenne, WY, Scott Folkers (Betsy), Ellen Brandes Stuart (Mike) of Lafayette, CA and Sonja Van Engen of Pella, IA; and also Jake. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
