He is survived by: his parents, Teddy Walker Smith (Julia) and Naomi Jerry Easley; his wife Lorraine Jean Smith (Dodd); his children, Teddy James Allen Smith (TJ), Jacki Leann Zedell (Smith) and TJ; his close friend Cynthia; and his brother John (Stacy). He is also survived by two sisters and his mother.
