She was predeceased by: her son William "Billy" Koyen; and her father Joseph Chicoine. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Johnson (Carl), Nancy Langenfeld (Ted), Cheri Smarr-Foster and Michelle Sonnenberg (Mike); her mother Florence Chicoine; and her former husband Bernard "Bud" Koyen. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
