He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Don Higgins and Roberta Higgins; his wife Linda; his sons, David Higgins (Jessica) and Ryan Higgins (Jacquelyne); his grandsons, Wyatt Higgins and Emmett Higgins; his sister Diane Shelbourn (Al); and his sibling's children, Yvette McDaniel, Heather Morris, Mike Morgan, Sandy Kirpalani, Heather Holmes and Jeremy Holmes.
Charitable donations can be made to the Parkinson's Association of the Rockies (Ft. Collins chapter) in his name or to the family.
