He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Scrivner and Faye Scrivner of Fort Collins; his wife Sally J. McQuaid; his sons, Stephen and Brian; and his siblings, Charles Scrivner, Mary Ann Otte (Scrivner), Cindi Souther (Scrivner) and Robert Scrivner.
