It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucille Paul-Blackburn (Fort Collins, Colorado), born in Bellview, New Mexico, who passed away on December 5, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Zona Blackburn and Barney Blackburn; and her brothers, Austin Blackburn and J. M. Blackburn. She is survived by: her brother C. J. Blackburn; her sister-in-law Nancy Blackburn; and her daughters, Diane Kelly and Denise Selvey. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
