She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Pieper and Helen Pieper; her brothers, Victor and Robert; and her sister-in-law Hazel Pieper (Victor).
She is survived by: her children, Shari Meeker Willman, Rex Meeker, Chris Meeker, Jill Meeker Tepker, Connor, Morgan, Jennifer and Kevin; her spouse Caleb Penney; her children, Carson and Ava; her wife Emily Hoefner; her daughter Lia McHughes; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Pieper (Robert), Lloyd Meeker and Marian Meeker. She is also survived by four children, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, a brother-in-law, and two sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to Saint Theresa's Catholic Church, 1715 17th St., Mitchell, NE. 69357 where she was a member for 72 years, or Pathways Hospice Memorial Donations, 305 Carpenter Rd, FTC, CO 80525 who provided care for her in her last few months.
