He was predeceased by: his stepson Mark Landers; and his niece Molly Marie Maurer. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his friend Mike; his wife Karen; his children, Michael Kramer (Diana) and Molly Kramer Gunlikson (Christopher); his sister Linda Maurer (Larry); his grandchildren, Grace, Audrey, Christopher II, Knox, Amia, Kayla, Calle, Jordan and Jamie; his great grandchild Henry; and also, Melinda Hammers and Allison Neal (Brad).
