It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael William Kramer (Fort Collins, Colorado), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on August 6, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepson Mark Landers; and his niece Molly Marie Maurer. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his friend Mike; his wife Karen; his children, Michael Kramer (Diana) and Molly Kramer Gunlikson (Christopher); his sister Linda Maurer (Larry); his grandchildren, Grace, Audrey, Christopher II, Knox, Amia, Kayla, Calle, Jordan and Jamie; his great grandchild Henry; and also, Melinda Hammers and Allison Neal (Brad).
