Mildred Elaine Applegate Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2021, at the age of 97, Mildred Elaine Applegate (Fort Collins, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Mauck and Bessie Holmes Mauck; her son Kenneth Sylvester Decker, Jr.; her husbands, Kenneth Decker of Bison and Glenn Applegate; and her siblings, Beulah, Lois, Phyllis Mae, Marjorie, Howard, Kenneth, Kenton and Henry.
She is survived by: her sister Melba Treaster of Fort Collins, CO; her children, Barbara Applegate of Fort Collins, CO and Gary Applegate; her daughter-in-law Kathy of Wichita, KS; her son Randy Applegate; her daughter-in-law Vikki of Westminster, CO.; her grandchildren, Bonnie Gottschalk, Janette Ashton, Tim Applegate (Erin), Judy Olguin (Donald), Morgan Eaton, Kenneth Applegate (Corey), Matthew Applegate (Aubrey), Brittany Applegate and Elizabeth Applegate (Colby); and her great grandchildren, Nicole, Coty, Kayla, Annabella, Elianna Gunn, Jaxson Gilbert, Hattie Applegate, Olin Applegate, Willow Applegate, Reece Gasparino, Donnie Olguin III, Zari Olguin, Jordan Olguin, Cataleya Olguin, Annabelle Applegate, Jason Applegate, Adalyn Applegate, Alivia Applegate, Anay Applegate and Jonah Whitehead.
Elaine lived in independent living until March of 2020, when due to Covid-19 lockdown she moved in with Barbara.
