He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe and Virginia; his brothers, Charles (Sharon) and Larry; and his son Travis.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his siblings, Patricia (Ron), Joseph (Reni) and Gary (Ann); his sons, Tom (Suzette) and Lance; his stepchildren, Kelly (Nick) and Ryan; and his grandchildren, Camille, Hayden, Liesl, Dillon, Lindsey, Brodie, Carter and Noah.
