He is survived by: his wife Dixie Bryant Agnew; his children, Andrea Nelle Agnew of Fort Collins, CO and John Thomas Agnew of Fort Collins, CO; and his nieces, Tiffany Agnew Gillig of Blue Springs, MO and Anjanette Agnew Nease.
