He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Tommy, Billy and Geoffrey; his daughters-in-law, Mandie, Nicole and Tamara; his grandchildren, Bailey, Hayden, Brooke, Emma, Zach, Beau and Lilly; and his siblings, Anita (John) of Boise City and Skip (Marilee) of Memphis.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The American Cancer Society, or The American Heart Association.
