She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert H. Smith and Dorothy Smith; and her sister Barbara Boyne. She is survived by: her husband Richard Kowalczyk; her children, Monica Owens (Jason Owens) and Kevin Kowalczyk (Kristi Kowalczyk); her grandchildren, Austin Kowalczyk (Becci Martinson), Kenna Barnes and James Tarrant; and her great grandchild Martin Kowalczyk.
