He is survived by: his wife Donna Joy McAtee; his brother Ernie; his son Michael Shaun Anselmo; his grandchildren, Daphne, Michala, Lexie and Nate; his son Andrew Paul Anselmo (Kristin); and his grandsons, Alec and Jake.
