He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Welch and Eleanor Welch; his wife Chloe Wolf; his stepsons, Robert (Sarah) and Tom (Eileen); his granddaughters, Natalie and Leah; and his brothers, Doug and Bill. He was also cherished by six nephews and nieces, and many wonderful friends.
