He is survived by: his wife Arliss Hoffman of Boone; his sons, Jeff of Spring, TX, Jerry (Tricia) of Dubuque, IA and John (Tammy) of Monument, CO; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Morgan, Eric, Troy and Sam Anderson.
