O'Brien of Fort Collins; his son Warren Gregory O'Brien; his daughter-in-law Jodi E. Pettazzoni; his grandchildren, Conor G. O'Brien of Greensboro and Kayla E. O'Brien of Greensboro; and his brothers, Jonathan A. O'Brien and David S. O'Brien.
