He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Hammond O'Halloran. He is survived by: his father Patrick Eugene O'Halloran; his wife Leona Mae Hertzke (Lee); and his children, William David O'Halloran, Kathleen O'Halloran Peel, Ann E. O'Halloran Schlax and Bethany O'Halloran. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
