Crain; and his sibling's children, Carl West, Jerimiah Crain (Casy), Raymon Crain (Christine), Alexandra Crain, Charlo Dickerson (Cody), Tyger, Kalika, Zage, Taness, Nico, Carter and Parker.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Pathways Hospice.
