He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy Maddux; and his daughter Chelsea Maddux. He is survived by: his spouse Cathryn Johnston; his daughter Christy Scott (Rick) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Kelly Scott, Casey Scott, Korey Scott, Rebecca Hayes, Joel Scott, Austin Scott, Aubrey Scott of Fort Collins and Joyelle Camilli of Denver; and also Cheri Scott (Jim) of Timnath.
