It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winnette Reck Payne (Fort Collins, Colorado), who passed away on September 12, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Meredith Payne; and her daughter Susan Payne. She is survived by: her children, Jon Payne (Debbie) of Erie and Margaret "Maggie" Payne of Fort Collins; her grandchildren, Victoria "Vickey" Moler (Chris) of Longmont, Jacob Reingardt (Jackie) of Denver and Ty Tarlip of Fort Collins; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Moler, Henry Reingardt and Charles Reingardt.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be directed to an education scholarship in Winnette's memory at Colorado State University.
