He is survived by : his wife Pam Lawrenz; his son Mark Myer; and his siblings, Karen Stack of Prescott Valley, AZ, Pam Batallion (Joe) of Omaha, NE, Jeff Thompson (Sue) of Kansas City, MO, Gene Thompson (Denise) of Gilbert, AZ and Mark Thompson of Prescott, AZ.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
